Having plumbed in bathrooms and kitchens, replaced radiators, light fittings, light switches. fused spurs onto exsisting ring mains. Installed additional new light fittings, switches and sockets and downlights.

Hi, and welcome to MCS Property Maintenance Derby.
I'm Matt Clarke and thanks for dropping in on my web site.
As a homeowner DIY has always been a big part of my life. Running around fixing, making and maintaining stuff! Over the years, with various house moves, rental and business properties, I have a built a confident skill set in property maintenance which include.
Basic electrical work, push fit plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Stud wall removal, Kitchen unit fitting and Bathroom fitting to name but a few.
At MCS Property Maintenance Derby, As well as Residential work I also work in commercial properties and have contract work with several local Derbyshire landlords and letting firms. Carrying out General maintenance, this can be anything! Painting, Tiling, plumbing, changing locks, weekly alarm testing, Ground maintenance and call outs when required.
I get that life gets in the way and those jobs get put on the shelf, the one you haven’t got round to putting up yet! So, whether you don’t have the knowhow, or the time, or the inclination, that’s why there are chaps like me, here to lend a helping hand.

Toilet Revamp! Commercial washroom in Derby City Centre. Out with the white and in with a splash of colour. Walls painted in Dulux Tranquil Dawn, Gloss work, Dulux Brilliant White, really 'pops' against the colour of the walls. Tiled white sink splash backs. New toilet roll and paper towel holders. Neutral oat coloured roller blinds. Accessorised with black framed mirrors, pictures, waste bins and a pot plant! Lovely transformation with great feedback from the client and their customers.
2nd en-suite. Bathroom installation

Thinking out the box. Town house Allestree. Three bed semi with en-suite off the Master Bedroom. After Design and refit, 2nd en-suite was created in Bedroom 2. (smelly teenagers)! The old family bathroom becomes the new master en suit, redesigned to incorporate bath and separate shower cubical with jack and jill doors to service bedroom 3.
Entrace, Hall door and stairs repaint

Contract work for Business premises located within Derby's Cathedral Quarter. Entrance door and surround refresh. Painted in a tasteful period Farrow & Ball exterior eggshell. Entrance hall with stairwell over 3 floors painted out in a white Matt emulsion with Brilliant White High Gloss woodwork. Including,156 balustrade spindles!
Jet washing service
BEFORE & AFTER....
Garden Jet washing service. Urban garden in Sinfin Derby. Deep clean of patio slabs and block pavers. Jet washed, brushed followed by Dry Grouting. Brought back to its former glory. Looking great in the sunshine.
